MIXING INSTRUCTIONS 

DV-20 is a single component solvent acrylic sealer. Material should be stirred well prior to application. Long term storage may allow material to separate.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS 

Rolling
DV-20 may be rolled using a 1/2″ or 3/4″ nap roller with a solvent resistant core. Select a nap length appropriate to not leave excess sealer in low parts of the concrete texture. Application should be two thin coats that are not allowed to puddle in low spots of texture. Sealer may be applied directly from the bucket, or a roller tray.

Spraying
Application may also be done using a solvent resistant sprayer designed for this use; back roll as needed to remove excess sealer in low parts of the concrete texture. For best results, use a .5 GPM tip with plenty of air pressure in the tank to create an even dispersion of the sealer. Maintain a wet edge between passes to limit lap lines. Sealer should be applied in thin coats.
