Solid Color Sealer for Decorative Concrete

Color Seal is a solid color solvent base acrylic concrete sealer for use on natural concrete and cement overlays. UV-stable A-Tint pigments are available in fourteen popular colors. The pigment is added as needed in the field to reduce waste.

COVERAGE

First Coat: varies with substrate porosity, typically 180 – 200 sq ft per gallon
Second Coat: 180 – 200 sq ft per gallon

Coverage rates will vary greatly depending on surface porosity and application method. Avoid a thick build of Color Seal. The product is designed to be used as thin coats and is not to be built up.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Color Seal is a single component solvent acrylic sealer. The material should be stirred well prior to adding pigment application. Long-term storage may allow material to separate. Follow A-Tint instructions when adding pigment.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Color Seal is to be applied over dry substrates. Natural concrete must cure for at least 28 days. Cement overlays must be dry per their technical datasheet. Color Seal is applied by roller using a ½” or 3/4” nap roller cover. Sealer should be applied in thin coats.
