MIXING INSTRUCTIONS 

Shake or stir well prior to application. Durável LBA is ready to use when applying concrete coatings to profiled concrete.

When used as a primer for In-Fluence™ stains, add 48 oz of Durável LBA to 80 oz of water.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS 

Shake or mix well prior to application. Spray, roll, or brush Durável LBA™ in a thin, uniform application. DO NOT allow product to pond or puddle during application or allow primer to form a heavy surface film. Avoid accumulating in joints and low spots by brushing out ponding or by backrolling. Overapplication can cause a bond failure for subsequent coatings.

Using a 3/8” – 1/2” roller, a long-handled brush, or a low-pressure sprayer, apply a thin even coat of primer to the surface.  Allow Primer to get tacky or dry prior to application of concrete materials. Overlay coatings may be installed after approximately 30 minutes but no more than 24 hours after application (@ 70 F and 50 % humidity). Do not apply Durável LBA if the substrate is damp or frozen. Do not apply when the air or substrate temperature is below 45°F (7°C) or above 90°F (32.2°C).

COVERAGE:

150 – 200 sq ft per gallon depending on the porosity of the profiled surface. Apply a test area to determine actual coverage for the specific concrete surface.
